Direct Marketing of Meat

As we continue to raise more quail and chickens for our family, sales of live birds, eggs, and meat, we continue to improve the quality of our animals and give them the best care we can. This also includes an occasional guitar session and some singing to the birds. I haven't quite figured out if they appreciate it as if you have heard me sing or play, I'm no Santana or Kane Brown. We also are constantly checking on the rules required for raising and selling our birds, eggs, and meat. The ONLY processing we do ourselves, are for our own family consumption. All our meats for sale are processed in Baltic, Ohio at Pleasant Valley Poultry which is a fully inspected and licensed poultry processor. Something that is interesting that we found out is that Quail are not considered poultry and do not require the same processing as poultry. However, we want to make sure that what we are providing to our customers, is done in the best way because we do care about each of our customers. I cannot confirm nor deny if they play guitar and sing to the quail and poultry as Pleasant Valley Poultry but I'm confident in their ability to process the birds anyways.
